New Location: Wired Fitness Boot camps will kick you into shape

Wire Fitness Outdoor Bootcamps in Mission Bay

In addition to FitPass Network’s other great fitness locations across the San Diego area, Wired Fitness Boot camps, with 4 separate locations, has been added to our list of top-of-the-line fitness centers. In fact, we’re proud to say that Wired Fitness Boot camps were voted as one of San Diego’s best outdoor boot camp program by San Diego’s FOX 6.
The boot camps offered by Wired Fitness are held outdoors to provide for a more challenging environment to improve your coordination, strength, balance and agility. By exercising on different terrains and facing varying obstacles and inclines you will be able to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time than working out in a crowded, sweat-filled, stuffy gym. In fact, you’ll be able to burn anywhere from 400 up to 1100 calories per boot camp class.

If you decide to head over to a boot camp, you can expect each class to be different, but all classes will be “full body” covering flexibility, drills, weight movements, core exercises and obstacle courses.

Even though the idea of “boot camp” may warrant an image of something only worthy of the most physically fit in your mind, don't let that discourage you. Wired Fitness offers classes and options to people of all ages and fitness levels. So whether you’re young, old, in the best shape of your life or generally inactive, there is a class that is perfect for you. You can even choose how often you want to workout using a boot camp class; anywhere from two to six times per week. Wired Fitness instructors are always switching things up, so you won’t ever have to worry about another boring cardio workout ever again.

It is important to come to a boot camp class with the proper equipment, including sturdy tennis shoes, a mat, a towel, weather-appropriate clothing and of course water. We hope to see you there!!
