Sharpe Fitness - CrossFit La Jolla provides personal training and CrossFit work outs in the Bird Rock area of La Jolla. CrossFit starts with a fundamental training series of personal training sessions and supervised classes, which will teach you the basic techniques (including key movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and kettlebells). When you graduate up to full CrossFit intensity, you can attend as many Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes throughout the week as you’d like.

Services Offered
- CrossFit (3 FitPoints): Workouts include gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, kettlebells and other movements.
- Kick Boxing (1 FitPoint): group classes designed to build strength and stamina (*wraps required).
- Spin (1 FitPoint): 60 minute classes that are sure to make you sweat.

CrossFit Classes: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday 6am, 11:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm; Wednesday - 6am, 11:30am & 5:30pm; Friday 6am, 11:30am; Saturday FREE 10am
Spin Classes: Monday and Wednesday at 7am; Saturday 8am
Kick Boxing: Monday 7:00pm, Wednesday 6:30pm, Saturday 9am
