Fitness West PB
of San Diego offers a variety of fitness programs to suit each individual’s goals and needs. Offerings include a variety of cardiovascular equipment, treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent and upright bikes, rowers, and stairclimbers, as well as free weights, cable systems, multi-purpose machines and a full circuit of Nautilus machines. Group exercise classes like boot camp cross training, group cycling, cardio kickboxing, pilates, yoga, and aerobics will give your heart and lungs a great workout and increase your strength and endurance. The Main Gym is on the second story above cafe Athena and the aerobics studio is at the far east part of the shopping center.
