Subscriptions and Refunds

Network Access:
All purchases include access to FitPass Network locations and services as long as you have enough FitPoints in your account balance to use them. Some services have special conditions, such as preregistration, or prerequisite classes. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that any such conditions are satisfied.

Billing:
The amount for the FitPoints purchased will be billed at the time of purchase. By becoming a FitPass Network member, you expressly authorize any charges you may incur in connection with your use of the FitPass Network service to the Payment Method you provided during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). Additional charges may include gift subscription purchases you make, additional FitPoints you purchase, or lost or replacement membership cards. If you decided to reload your FitPoint balance monthly, we will automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your automatic reload (Renewal Date). In the event your auto-reload began on a day not contained in a given month, we bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you started your auto-renewal on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th. You may start or stop your auto-reload at any point in time, however the changes will take effect only at the end of the corresponding billing period. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that include differing amounts due to promotional offers, differing amounts due to changes in your auto-renewal plan, changes in the amount of applicable sales tax, additional FitPoints purchased, and charges for lost or replacement membership cards, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts. We may also periodically authorize your card in anticipation of auto-reloading or related charges.

All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method information by clicking on the "Member Dashboard" button, available at the top of the pages of the FitPass Network website. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, "Cancellation" below), you authorize us to continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. Your will still be allowed to use FitPass Network services as long as you have enough FitPoints in your balance to use those services.

FitPoints:
You will receive the specified amount of FitPoints you purchase any time you buy more FitPoints. You may use any services within our network while you have enough remaining FitPoints in your account to use that service. Each service that you attend will deduct the appropriate amount of FitPoints from your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the number of FitPoints used for each service that you attend. All services will deduct either one, two or three FitPoints. Any unused FitPoints are kept in your account for future use.

If you run out of FitPoints, or if you decided to automatically reload FitPoints to your account and you run out before your next billing cycle, you may purchase additional FitPoints by going to the Member Dashboard. Additionally Purchased FitPoints will be added to your account immediately.

Cancellation:
There are no contracts, cancellation, or early termination fees and you may discontinue use of your FitPoints at any time. If you decided to auto-reload your FitPoints, we will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your auto-reload plan until you stop the auto-reload. You may stop your auto-reload by logging into your FitPass account and clicking on "Member Dashboard". You must stop your auto-reload prior to the “Next Billing Date” as shown on the Member Dashboard to avoid charges to your Payment Method.

While using your FitPass Network account, be sure to keep the following in mind: 1) If you elected to auto-reload, stopping your auto-reload is effective at the end of your current billing cycle. This date may be found on your Member Dashboard. You are free to continue using our services with any remaining FitPoints within your account up until you no longer have additional FitPoints. Your credit card will not be charged again until you decide to start the auto-reload again or decide to purchase additional FitPoints. 2) There are no refunds or credits for partial months or unused FitPoints, however you may start using any remaining FitPoints in your account whenever you like, and your FitPoint balance will remain in your account indefinitely 3) Unless otherwise stated, you may not apply any promotional offer for new customers to an existing account. 4) You will always have access to all of your billing history, exercise activity, and FitPoint Balance via the Member Dashboard. 5) Your FitPoints will never be forfeited unless you request it or circumstances out of our control such as existing or new laws, state or federal requirements or any other legal proceedings require us to do so, or if FitPass Network goes out of business.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and forfeit your FitPoints for any or no reason. There are no refunds for terminated accounts, though we may provide, a refund, discount, or credit at our discretion.
